PerfectUnison Pty Ltd and Pure Spirit Collective Pty Ltd (trading as In Perfect Unison & Pure Spirit) aspire to create a safe, educational and peaceful sanctuary for the evolvement and development of our clients spirituality and healing. These terms and conditions are to help preserve this sanctuary and our continued service to the community.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By using the client and student services or products advertised herein, or visiting, browsing, shopping, booking, enrolling, accessing or otherwise using this web site (www.PerfectUnison.com) or any of our courses, products or services operated by PerfectUnison Pty Ltd and Pure Spirit Collective Pty Ltd (trading as In Perfect Unison & Pure Spirit) herein ("Perfect Unison"); you agree that you are bound to the terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice at any time at Perfect Unison's sole discretion. (The terms and conditions where last updated on 8th October 2007 at 1:34pm) By visiting, accessing or otherwise using this web site after a change has been posted to the site, the Customer accepts that change. Clients should check these terms and conditions each time they visit. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal contract between you and Perfect Unison. (References to "you" or "your" shall relate to a Customer of Perfect Unison or other party that visits our healing centre (at Shop 5, 1 Lalchere Street, South Curl Curl NSW 2096 Australia), uses the services, products or classes that we offer there, or browses, shops, books, purchases products, enrols, accesses or otherwise uses this web site, or the services described herein (the "Customer"); references to "Perfect Unison" shall relate to PerfectUnison Pty Ltd and Pure Spirit Collective Pty Ltd (trading as In Perfect Unison & Pure Spirit) (and its affiliates). By visiting, browsing, shopping, purchasing products, booking, accessing or otherwise using the site or the services or courses we offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, do not use this web site or Perfect Unison's offered services or products.

Right to Refuse Entry & Services:
For the benefit of all of our clients and students and to preserve the peaceful state of our healing centre, the management (and affiliates) of Perfect Unison reserve the right to ask anyone to leave our spiritual centre for any reason at any time. We also reserve the right to stop anyone from entering the premises at any time for any reason if we feel that their presence disturbs the tranquility of our healing sanctuary.

Limitation of Liability:
Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Perfect Unison be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, personal damage to self, others, loss of assets, or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use the products or services advertised we offer.Perfect Unison is not responsible for any liability, or damage a client may incur whilst attending a course, reading, healing or any of the other services we provide, or as a result of actions taken or misactions, nor do we accept any responsibility for the information imparted in a course, reading, healing or any of the other services we provide. Students and clients must take full personal responsibility for their usage of the information provided. Perfect Unison gives no warranty on the choice of courses you make. Full details are displayed on our web site as to what the course will entail. If for any reason you are not happy with your course selection this remains your responsibility. Readings, Healings and any other services offered from this site or directly through our healing centre are non-refundable and must be paid to the individual teacher or practitioner at the time of service, or by pre-payment on our online credit card facility.

Privacy Policy:
Perfect Unison values your privacy. Any information collected on this web site is used internally, solely for the purpose of marketing and processing sales transactions. We do not give out or otherwise sell any personal information received via this site to any third party, with the exception of processing credit card information. All addresses collected are collected for the purpose of being able to offer our products and give information about updates to you only. During some sessions our practitioners will collect private client information, as per the codes of practise from the professional organisations we are accredited through. This information is used for the benefit and safety of our clients (including but not limited to medical/illness information) during their sessions. This information is stored in a secure location and will never be disclosed to any third party. All verbal communications which occur between practitioners and clients are completely confidential.

Courses:
The deposit (equal to 10% of total course fee) needs to be received at the time of enrollment. The balance of the course fee must reach Perfect Unison 28 days before the course start date, unless the course is booked out, in which case full payment is required to secure your place in the course on our request. If it is less than 28 days before the start date of the course full course payment is required at the time of enrollment. If not, your place may be offered to someone on the waiting list and you will forfeit your deposit. If a student withdraws from the course before the course commences, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If a student withdraws from the course prior to the commencement of the course, the following refund policy applies to the balance of the course fee (not the deposit):
* If the student withdraws 42 days or more prior to the course commencement, the student will receive a refund of the course fee balance minus an administration fee of AU$30.00. * If the student withdraws 28 - 41 days or over prior to the course commencement, the student will receive a refund of 75% of the course fee balance minus an administration fee of AU$30.00. * If the student withdraws 14 - 27 days prior to the course commencement, the student will receive a refund of 50% of the course balance minus an administration fee of AU$30.00. * If the student withdraws 1 - 13 days prior to the course commencement, the student will receive no refund. * If it is less than 28 days before the start date of the course full course payment is required at the time of enrollment. Payment for course fees may be made by Mastercard, Bankcard, Visa, Direct Deposit, or Cash Payment (in the spiritual shop). We do not accept personal cheques, or postal money orders. Student payment plans may be available for our current students who have studied with us for at least 6 months of weekly classes. Please note that all payment plans must be paid in full by the end of the term for which they have been given and no new enrollments for students will be permitted until previous payment plans are paid in full.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed 100%. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase from Perfect Unison you are welcome to send it back to us for a full refund. (Please read our return policy).

Meditation Cds
All meditation cds were created at our centre and are not professional recordings, although we believe they are of a very, very high quality. We do not offer refunds, or exchanges on meditation cds unless they are faulty.

Pure Spirit Books
Are offered in accordance with these terms and conditions and subject to the limitation of liability clause (see above).

Pre-Loved Goods
The small amount of pre-loved items available in our spiritual shop are sold as is with no warranty and no refunds available for any reason.

Online Shopping Payments:
All items for sale on this web site must be paid for before they will be delivered. Customers have the option of direct deposit, or credit card payments. With either method of payment one of our representatives will call you to confirm your payment details and your order. We do not accept postal COD, money orders, or personal/ bank cheques.

Online Shopping Delivery:
Free Spirits have the choice of picking up their goods from our healing centre at South Curl Curl (Northern Beaches, Sydney NSW Australia) at an appointed day and time or during their next visit. The general public will receive their goods by courier or Australia Post delivery. Heavy items will be couriered. The cost of delivery (anywhere up to $14 [for courier costs] or higher, for heavy items per order for Sydney region) will be added onto your order and confirmed by phone with you before charges are made to your account. We do not post products COD. Each customer will be sent a verification email when goods have been posted.

Return Policy:
Perfect Unison must be notified of misshipment within 14 days of receipt of any merchandise. Perfect Unison is not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without further notice. Perfect Unison must be notified within 14 days of receipt of merchandise of shipping damage. Perfect Unison must be notified within 14 days if customer is not 100% satisfied with purchase. Do not discard your purchase receipt as all returns must be accompanied by your receipt. Returns will be credited or refunded in the same method of payment as they were purchased. You have 14 days to notify Perfect Unison of any problem with your order. After the 14 days notification an additional 14 days are provided to return goods purchased. If after the additional 14 days the goods are not received then a refund/credit will not be provided. Please note: Refunds are given for merchandise only. Shipping & Handling Charges are non-refundable.

To Return Goods:
Perfect Unison for a Return Authorization Number. Return Authorization numbers expire 14 days after issue. Packages that are sent back without proper authorization cannot be tracked and we cannot verify receipt of them. This may hinder us in giving the customer a refund/credit. Pack goods in a sturdy carton with plenty of protective packing material and properly seal. If items are returned in a damaged state, no refund will be given. Once goods have been received by Perfect Unison a refund will be provided by the same payment method that the order was paid for with. Freight will be credited for Perfect Unison errors only.
